Speed is quite good (Byte Unix Benchmarks version 4.1-wht gives final score 98.5). Their support answers tickets usually fast. There are no many times when network or VPS is down.

Quite frequent server resets or network unavailability but it doesn’t last long. Support answers quite fast, seems to be 24×7. They answer emails within 30 minutes usually but some users have experience 6 hours of waiting while VPS is down. But, many other users have reported they answer support tickets within 30 minutes. Download/upload speed is almost excellent. Server uptime seems to be excellent.
