When you ask them support question via email they charge 15$ for each email even if you are expert in server administration

Horrible. VPS is constantly down. Control panels are n’t able to be accessed. Then, when you FINALLY get someone from support to reply to your urgent issue, they say “we did a ping test and everything’s fine” basically implying the issue is you.
Yes, you’re right. The issue was mine. I chose Gate.come and that was stupid. Avoid them at all costs.
I’ll be contacting my credit card company to get my money back.

We’ve been relatively happy with our service. We have had some support issues but they’ve never actually charged us because we have been able to prove that each problem was on their end, not ours. We have been quite happy with availability and the price has been reasonable.
