Help desk replies come usually within minutes, they don’t mind if you need much assistance, always fast, friendly and supportive. Great hosting and vps for very reasonable prices! Since I did not pay over the weekend they deleted my entire VPS. The following Monday on the phone the tech guy had a strange attitude that if i complained out their practices he would not restore my account.</p> <p>The Plesk has outdated version of PHP 4 and MySQL 4.
